Location: Riverdale, MD.
Schedule Requirement (Mandatory):
- Wednesdays/Fridays.
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM availability required.
Who We Are:
We’re a high-energy youth sports program focused on developing athletes both on and off the field. Our environment is structured, positive, and built around sportsmanship, accountability, and growth.
The Role:
We’re looking for confident, reliable Flag Football Officials who can lead games with authority, fairness, and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for creating a safe, organized, and competitive game environment for youth athletes.
What You’ll Do:
- Officiate youth flag football games with consistency and integrity.
- Keep games organized, on time, and running smoothly.
- Enforce rules while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and staff.
- Manage scoring, penalties, and game flow.
- Set the tone for sportsmanship and respect.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of football or flag football (training available).
- Confident decision-maker with good judgment.
- Clear communicator who can manage players and coaches.
- Dependable and punctual—no exceptions.
- Comfortable working with youth athletes (ages 11–14).
- Prior officiating or playing experience is a plus.
Pay:
- $20–$30 per hour (higher pay based on proven experience).
